To return the watch to us please package the watch together with a short cover letter that includes your contact details.

International shipments must include the correct customs documentation with items marked as "returned for repair with nil value".
Following delivery, we shall contact you via email to confirm receipt of the watch and advise on the next steps.
Please check that all details are correct.
Where available please use the original packaging - we cannot guarantee the return of an over-sized box.
Nite Watches will not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit to our offices.
