How do I return my watch order to you?
If you receive your order and decide that it is not suitable and would like to return it for an exchange or refund then please send an email to email@example.com for instruction on returning your item to us. Returned items must be within the 28 day returns period and in brand new condition with the original packaging. Any spare links or additional items received with your order must also be returned. Products that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for refund and a return postage charge will apply.
How accurate are Nite watches?
Our quartz watches are fitted with Swiss-Made Ronda movements with a manufacturer's accuracy rating of -10/+20 seconds a month. Our automatic watches are fitted with the Swiss-Made Sellita SW200-1 movement with a manufacturer's accuracy rating of +/- 12 seconds a day.
Will my watch glow the same as on screen?
We use both photography and computer-generated imagery to display our products on our website. We have made every effort to display the colours and illumination accurately and fairly. However, please note that actual products may vary slightly depending on your screen resolution and settings. If you have any questions relating to this then please do get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org
Will I be charged VAT?
UK VAT Sales Tax at 20% is automatically charged on all orders that are shipped to the UK, where applicable. Orders shipped to addresses outside of the UK are subject to VAT exemption in accordance with the UK Customs and Excise rulings. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all subsequent import tax and duty on goods shipped to their respective country - we cannot list an incorrect value on a customs invoice and requests to do so will not be completed. In the instance that items are returned to Nite Watches as a result of rejected payment, subsequent charges incurred will be deducted from any refund issued.

What does pre-order mean?
Occasionally items may be out of stock.
Pre-order means that the product is not in stock and we are awaiting delivery. The pre-order date shown is the estimated date the watch will be ready to ship to you, but if this changes then we will contact you to advise of a revised date.
NB: If you order a model on pre-order the transaction will complete immediately and the funds will debited from your account.
Do you offer discounts for emergency services and military personnel?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on the full RRP of watches to all emergency services and military personnel upon presentation of qualifying ID.
If you are in the services and would like to take us up on this offer, then we would ask you to please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of service and we will then provide you with a bespoke discount code.
Terms and conditions
10% discount is only valid against watches priced at the full RRP and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or sale.
Proof of service must be provided in order to qualify for the discount.
From time to time, certain models may be exempt from the services discount at the discretion of Nite.
What is PVD?
The black and rose gold coating is achieved using the Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) process. Although the coating is extremely resistant, regular wear and tear can cause the decorative layer to deteriorate over time. The warranty does not cover this type of aesthetic wear. Due to higher copper content in the rose gold PVD coating there is a risk of oxidation due to conditions it may be exposed to. Where this occurs the warranty does not cover this.
