How much is a full service?
Our service charges are listed below. All charges are inclusive of VAT and return postage to any UK mainland address.

International shipments must include the correct customs documentation - CN23 with items marked as "returned for service/repair- nil value- no commercial transaction".
Postage for Domestic Returns are included.
Overseas Return Shipping, tax and duty is payable by the Customer (please note Tax and duty are only payable on the cost of the Service/Repair - not the overall value of your watch)
Following delivery, we shall contact you via email to confirm receipt of the watch and advise on the next steps.
What does a full service include?
A full service includes an ultrasonic clean of the watch case and bracelet, where applicable, installation of a new battery, re-seal and pressure test, time test and comes with a full 18 month warranty against manufacturer defects.
Do you offer a basic battery charge?
We do not offer just a straight battery change, but we can offer this as part of a full service. However, a reputable local jeweller should be able to help you out should you require just a battery change. However, if they do not conduct a re-seal and pressure test the watch may not be water resistant to the original rating.
Will my repair be covered under warranty?
Our five-year warranty was introduced in September 2023. Watches purchased before September 2023 qualify for a 2 year warranty as per the original terms of purchase.
5 YEAR WARRANTY
Our 5 Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects, subject to an inspection and assessment of the fault by our service centre. We guarantee to repair or, where this is not possible, replace the watch as appropriate with the same model or alternative model if a direct replacement is unavailable. Normal wear and tear, ageing and damage or defects caused by misuse are not covered by the warranty. Repair work carried out during the term of the warranty period must be completed by our NITE repair centre in the UK. Failure to adhere to this requirement will invalidate your warranty and repair work will be chargeable. Tritium is a specialist item and should not be removed by an unauthorised Watchmaker
DISCLAIMER AND EXTENT OF WARRANTY
Warranty extends to your watch movement, hands and dial only.
Component parts such straps and bracelets, crystal, batteries are excluded from this warranty.
WARNING: Toxic or corrosive materials such as heavy sun protection, insect repellents and chemicals can cause damage or discolouration to polycarbonate watch cases and all types of rubber, silicone, polymer and leather straps. Your warranty does not extend to replacement or repair to any damage caused by these materials.
What if I do not want to proceed with the work?
If once a diagnosis has been made you decide not to proceed with the recommended work, we can organise the return shipping to your chosen address. Please note that you will need to cover the return shipping fee.
