Do you offer a basic battery charge?
We do not offer just a straight battery change, but we can offer this as part of a full service. However, a reputable local jeweller should be able to help you out should you require just a battery change. However, if they do not conduct a re-seal and pressure test the watch may not be water resistant to the original rating.
Will my repair be covered under warranty?
Our two-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, subject to an inspection and assessment of the fault by our service centre.
We guarantee to repair or, where this is not possible, replace the watch as appropriate with the same model or alternative model if a direct replacement is unavailable.
We will action the warranty process as soon as we receive a watch and confirm your purchase.
Normal wear and tear, ageing and damage or defects caused by misuse are not covered by the warranty.
Battery replacements and repair work carried out during the term of the warranty period must be completed by out authorised Nite repair centre in the UK. Failure to adhere to this requirement will invalidate your warranty and repair work will be chargeable.
